Across the globe, scientists and environmentalists are sounding the alarm over a silent crisis—the dramatic decline in insect populations, particularly pollinators like bees and butterflies. These small but essential creatures play a crucial role in the health of ecosystems, agriculture, and food security. Their disappearance could trigger cascading effects throughout the natural world.

Pollinators are vital to the reproduction of flowering plants, including many fruits, vegetables, and nuts that humans rely on. Bees alone pollinate about 75% of the crops we consume.
